* RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Seitz and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing lease agreement ’’N^LoD. 2454, dated February 1, 1951, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and Willie T. Stewart, Earl Leavitt and William Udell Stewart, Lessee, covering this Company's Las Vegas Ranch, located at Las Vegas, Nevada, together with certain water rights, for term commencing on the first day of February, 1951, and ending on the 31st day of January, 1956; rental $125.00 per month, payable in advance on the first day of each month during said term; said premises to be used for dairy operations, residential purposes and grazing; subject to termination by either party upon 60 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing on behalf of this company Bond Purchase Agreement, LVL&WCo. C.
