(b) approximately 435 lin. ft. of 6n cast iron fire hydrant connections; installation of 9 fire hydrants (to be furnished by Authority); 15 service connections, including the installation of valves, but excluding the valve boxes, 4,830.; 2 - Utility to refund to Authority quarterly 50^of monthly revenue received by it from customers, including the Authority, located within the housing project, taking water from the water mains so installed, for period of ten years from the date of completion of said installation, or until Authority has been repaid the actual cost of constructing the water mains referred to, whichever occurs first; 3 - Utility to own said water mains, fire hydrant connections and service lines; 4 - Authority to furnish Utility satisfactory easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter-agreement C. A. 10597 (MN nLD 2489), dated July 17, 1951, with Nevada Construction Company, covering construction and laying of approximately 5,000 lin. ft. of 6 ” and 8” cast iron pipe, to serve Blocks 1 to 4, inclusive, of Stewart Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $10,225, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
