On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C. L. D. No. 2459-8, dated October 3, 1951, extending to and including October 31, 1952, term of lease agreement Audit No. 9982, dated April 28, 1939, expiring Oct­ober 31, 1951, with Randolph Marketing Company, Lessee, cover­ing lease of packing house, located at Truslow and Malden Aves ., Fullerton, Calif.; rental $ 316.97 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 90 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement ,,N ,,L.D. 2514, dated October 5, 1951, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construc­tion and laying of approximately 200 feet of cast iron pipe to serve portion of Block 1, Tract 4, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $250.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED? that the action of Vice President Reinhardt - 2 -
