On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement "N"L.D. 2535, dated December 13, 1951, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 5600 lin. ft. of 14", 12", 10", 8" and 6" cast iron water mains, to serve West Side District, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $8400, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing Consent to Assignment, dated October 25, 1951, by General Motors Corporation (GMC Truck and Coach Division) to Fruehauf Trailer Company of Lease Agreement, Audit No. 10405, dated June 20, 1947 (effective November 1, 1947; expiring October 31, 1957) between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and General Motors Corporation (GMC Truck and Coach Division), Lessee, covering lease of portion of Lot 22 in the 500-Acre Tract of Los Angeles Fruitland Association, Vernon, California, together with warehouse and office building and improvements, and portion of industry track constructed thereon by Lessor; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing Consent to Assignment, dated October 25, 1951, by General Motors Corporation (GMC Truck and Coach Division) to Fruehauf Trailer Company of Agreement -2—
