without right of entry; consideration $10o00, and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed<> On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement "N"L.D. 2548, dated March 31, 1952, between LVL&WCoo, called '’Company", and Paradise Realty Company, Inc», called "Subdivider", providing; 1 ~ Subdivider, at its expense, to furnish necessary materials and labor and to construct approximately 234 lineal feet of 8" and 1530 lineal feet of 6" cast iron.water main, to serve Paradise Village, Tract 3, Las Vegas, Nevada, at estimated cost of $5,644„80; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35% of the monthly revenue received by it from consumers located within said Tract 3, taking service from the water mains so installed, for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid actual cost of said installation, not to exceed the sum of f>5,644o80, whichever occurs first; 3 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company bill-of-sale for said water mains; 5 - Company to own said water mains; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
