On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider OLD No. 2504-5, dated March 14, 1952, ex­tending to March 31, 1953, term of lease agreement LVL&W Audit No. 9981 (UP Audit No. A-48844), dated April 15, 1939, expiring March 31, 1952, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Com­pany and its Lessee Union Pacific Railroad Company, Lessor, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessee, covering site for tanks and storage of chemicals at Los Angeles (East Yard), Cal­ifornia; rental $1.00 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement ,,N ,,L.D. 2558, dated March 17, 1952, between LVL&WCo., called "Company”, and Nick Pahor and Albina Pahor, called "Subdivider", providing: 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $2,710, estimated cost of installing approximately 480 ft. of cast iron water main, together with installation of approximately 20 ft. of 6" cast iron water line for two fire hydrants, to serve Pahor Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 35$ of the monthly revenue received by it from customers 7-
