On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider OLD No. 2504-5, dated March 14, 1952, extending to March 31, 1953, term of lease agreement LVL&W Audit No. 9981 (UP Audit No. A-48844), dated April 15, 1939, expiring March 31, 1952, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee Union Pacific Railroad Company, Lessor, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessee, covering site for tanks and storage of chemicals at Los Angeles (East Yard), California; rental $1.00 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
