On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement nN nL.D. 2557, dated March 4, 1952, with Longley Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 480» of 6W cast iron water mains, together with installation of approximately 20» of 6M cast iron fire hydrant connections, to serve Pahor Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $700; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
