V mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; consideration #10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement C.L.D. No. 11007, dated April 15, 1952, with Lomita Gasoline Company, Licensee, granting license for the maintenance and operation of one 8” pipe line, one 6" pipe line, one 10” pipe line, for the purpose of conveying gas, and also one 8” pipe line, for the purpose of conveying gasoline, under and across the property of the Land Company in vicinity of 27th Street and California Avenue, Long Beach, California; said agreement being effective as of August 2, 1951, to continue in effect for period of five years thereafter; rental #25.00, payable annually in advance, during the term thereof; subject to revocation by the Land Company upon 60 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
