    ^ between LVL&WCo. and Department of Water and Power of the City of Los Angeles, covering the construction and maintenance of a guy wire and anchor over and upon this Company’s property at or near Mission Road, south of Macy Street, Los Angeles, Calif­ornia; subject to 60 days’ written notice to remove from said property any and all conductors, structures or other apparatus placed thereon or thereover by virtue of said agreement; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. No. 4921-5, dated April 5, 1952, ex­tending to April 9, 1954, term of Agreement Audit No. 10235, dated March 22, 1943, expiring April 9, 1952, with A. Meyers, an individual doing business under the fictitious firm name of Western Transportation Company, Lessee, (assigned May 12, 1949, to A. Meyers, an individual doing business under the name of Eckdahl Warehouse Company), covering lease of garage building in vicinity of Aliso and Myers Streets, Los Angeles, Calif.; rental for extended term $440.00 per month, plus any additional rental required under the provisions of said lease; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ notice; Lessor agreeing to carry fire and extended coverage insurance in sufficient amount to cover the insurable value of the building, and Lessee agreeing to pay Lessor the premium on such insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing agreement C. D. No. 37679-5, -3*=
