    \ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement OLD No. 11143, dated August 18, 1952, with Richard M. Pitch, doing business as Pitch-Wilson Company, covering the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment and supervision necessary to paint exterior of warehouse and surrounding fence, located at 1630 South Soto Street, Los Angeles, California; consideration $2,857.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assist­ant Secretary Bachman in executing deed wN nL.D. 2594 (C. D. No. 38962), dated September 8, 1952, conveying to Las Vegas Grammar School District No. 12 of Clark County, Nevada, 0.6887 acre parcel of land, located on North Ninth Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable con­sideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W. 0. No. 700, issued August 11, 1952; Yermo, Calif.; retirement of all Lot 5, Block 2, Tract No. 1867, containing an area of 4750 sq. ft., sold to Evelyn Rose Woodard, per deed Audit No. L.S. 5162. Credit Unimproved Real Estate-California, $1.00; Sale price of land, $250.00; Creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $249.00; Estimated cost of removal of property retired chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $1.00. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A. P. E. Request, be, and the same is hereby, -3-
