Deed Audit No. 5182, dated September 12, 1952, being grant of easement and right of way favor LA&SLRRCo. for construction, maintenance and opera­tion of spur track across a portion of Lot 20 in the 500 Acre Tract of the Los Angeles Fruitland Association, in the City of Vernon, California; consideration $1.00; said easement and right of way to terminate if spur track is removed; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo. L.S. Deed Audit No. 5187, dated September 22, 1952, conveying to Embecie Corp. Lot 107, Union Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, California; subject tos 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1952-1953; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, with­out right of entry; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Seitz and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing L.S. Deed Audit -3-
