of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints said 12.06 acres of land; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing letter-agreement C.L.D. No. 8860-1, dated September 9, 1952, with The Rath Packing Company, granting Packing Company option to renew for period of one year commencing October 1, 1953, upon the same terms and conditions, lease agreement Audit No. 10486, dated October 1, 1948, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and The Rath Packing Company, Lessee; rental $433.70 per month, payable monthly in advance, plus taxes and assessments levied upon the leased premises and improvements; said premises to be used for the storage, processing, sale and distribution of meats and other products; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing agreement wN nL.D. 2614, dated October 23, 1952, with Longley Construction Co., Inc., covering the construction and laying of approximately 1250 feet of 6” cast iron water mains, together with installation of approximately 16 feet of 6” cast iron water main to serve two fire hydrants, to serve Radlick Park Estates, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $1662.50, plus actual cost of premium on Surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Seitz -2
