\ The northerly 50 feet thereof conveyed to the City of Las Vegas by easement for roadway purposes, dated January 26, 1948, L.S. Audit 4949; The westerly portion thereof, conveyed to the State of Nevada for road purposes by deed dated February 18, 1936; LA&SL Audit No. 4213; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo.; FIRST; All minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; SECOND; All water and water rights appurtenant to the lands thereby conveyed; consideration $12,530.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo. L.S. Deed Audit No. 5234, dated February 24, 1953, conveying to Calvin M. Cory and Beth M. Cory, husband and wife, all of this Company*s right, title and interest in and to that certain 10-ft. right-of- way and easement for a water pipe line across Lot 4, Block 2, Subdivision of Lot J of Park Place Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, which has been abandoned, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing lease agreement Contract Audit No. 10670, dated March 17, 1953, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and Marco B. Restovich, doing business as The Surf Dinner House, Lessee, covering site for restaurant, located at Lime Avenue and Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, Calif., for term of five years, commencing February 20, 1955, and ending February 19, 1958; rental 5% of gross receipts of -5-
