    of 10 years from date of completion of said installa­tion, or until Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum of $4,140.00, whichever first occurs; 5. Company to own said water mains; 4. Owner to furnish Company easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; 5. Owner to furnish Company bill-of-sale for said water mains so installed; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted; RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement nN nLoD. 2670, dated May 2, 1955, with Longley Construction Co., Inc„, covering the construction and laying of approximately 540 feet of 6n cast iron water main, and approximately 12 feet of 6n fire hydrant connection, to serve industrial area lying between Utah and Wyoming Streets west of Fairfield Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $760.50, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted; RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement ^N^L.D. 2671, dated May 7, 1955, between LVL&WCO., called ^Company”, and Lee Construction Company, called HSubdivider,T, providing; 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately 2850 lineal feet of 8 inch and 6850 lineal feet of 6 inch cast iron water mains, and approximately 100 lineal feet of 6 inch cast iron fire hydrant connections, to serve Eastwood Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada;
