    ^ RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Extension Rider C.L.D. No. 11251-1, dated June 3, 1953, extending, under the same terms and conditions, to and including June 30, 1953, Lease Audit No. 10662, dated January 22, 1953, by Las Vegas Land and Water Company to D. T. Pickering, doing business as Pacific Coast Parking Lot, covering site for parking automobiles, Long Beach, California; be and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement ”N ”L.D. 2692, dated June 19, 1953, between LVL&WCo., called ’'Company” and Harrison S. Stocks, called "Subdivider”, providing; 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials'and labor to construct approximately 790 L.P. "of ' 6” ' cast' iron water mains and approximately 20 L.P. of 6” fire hydrant connections to serve area lying ad­jacent to and north of Fremont Street between 19th Street and 21st Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly-intervals 35$ of revenue received by it from consumers taking direct service from water lines so installed for a period of ten years from the date of completion of said installation or until the Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum of $2,200.00, whichever first occurs; 3. Company to own said water mains; 4. Subdivider to furnish Company bill of sale for said water mains so installed; 5. Subdivider to furnish Company easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedi­cated streets and alleys; 6. Subdivider to provide Company with Policy of Title Insurance showing; -5-
