Olsen, covering portions of Lots 8, 9, 11 and 12, Block 3, Tract 2348, Yermo, California, to be used as a site for storage of outdoor type camp stoves; rental $75.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days* written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted; RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement nN wL.D. 2681, dated May 29, 1953, with Longley Construction Co., Inc., covering the construction and laying of approximately 646 feet of 6N and 8M cast iron water main, and approximately 25 feet of 6n fire hydrant connection to be constructed in Clos Road to serve industrial area being developed by Dan H. Plunkett west of Union Pacific Railroad Company*s right of way immediately south of Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $1,202.00 plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement WN ML.D. 2676, dated June 6, 1953, between LVL&WCo., called wCompanyn and Bel Air Development Co., called HSubdividern, providing; 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately 1322 ' L.F. of 8" and 3253 L.F. of 6M cast iron water mains, and approximately 84 L.F. of 6n cast iron-fire hydrant connections, to serve Bel Air Subdivision, Tracts -2-
