Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by President, were submitted for ratification} W.O. 739, issued June 27, 1953, Las Vegas, Nevada; constructing 420 ft. of 6” cast iron water mains, and 20 ft. of 6 h fire protection lateral for one hydrant to serve residential area in vicinity of 17th Street and Chapman Drive which is being developed by Richard R. Stadelman. Total estimated expenditure $1790, chargeable to Investment in Water System - Las Vegas, Nevada. A. F. E. No. 12 (W.O. 740) issued June 30, 1953, Las Vegas, Nevada; constructing 360 ft. of 8” and 724 ft. 6H cast iron water mains and 20 ft. of 6” cast iron protection laterals for 2 hydrants to serve McNeil Tract No. 2 being developed by Las Vegas Development Company, Inc. Total estimated expenditure $4460, chargeable to Investment in Water System - Las Vegas, Nevada. A. F. E. No. 13 (W.O. 741) issued June 30, 1953, Las Vegas, Nevada; constructing 1125 ft. of 6” cast iron water main to serve industrial area west of Main Street between Garces Avenue and Hoover Avenue to furnish water service to industries now being served through privately owned meters from Railroad water lines, which service is to be discontinued. Total estimated expenditure $4620, chargeable to Investment In Water System— Las Vegas, Nevada. -6-
