\ 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers taking direct service from the water lines so Installed for a period of ten years from the date of completion of said Installation, or until the Subdivider has been repaid the agreed sum of $2,440.00 whichever first occurs; 3. Company to own said water lines; 4. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easement where said water main is laid In other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Bill of Sale and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary In executing agreement ”N" L.D. 2675, dated July 7, 1953, between LVL&WCo., called "Company”, and National Builders, Inc., called "Subdivider”, providing; 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately 390 L.P. of 6" cast Iron water mains to serve portion of Block 8, Mayfair Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of the revenue received by it from consumers located on Lots 9, 10, 11 and 29 to 34 inclusive, Block 8, Mayfair Tract No, 2, taking service from the water lines so installed for a period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until the Subdivider has repaid the agreed sum of $1,440.00 whichever first occurs; 3. Company to own water lines; 4. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easement where said pipe lines are located in other than dedicated streets and alleys; together with Bill -4-
