covering installation of approximately 3120 L.P. of 6 " cast iron water main, and approximately 40 L.P. of 6" fire hydrant line, to serve Moss Tract No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada, which Supplemental Agreement amends Section 2 of Article II to provide for Company to pay Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of the monthly revenue received by Company from customers in said Moss Tract No. 3 Subdivision and in Block 2, Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, and in Block 3, Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, of Moss Tract No. 2, taking water from the water main so installed, for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the original installation or until the Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of the line so advanced, whichever occurs first; be and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded,it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement "N" L.D. 2684, dated June 25, 1952, between LVL&WCo., called "Company” and Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, Trustee, acting as Trustee for M. D. Close and Hope Close, P. L. Robinson and E. R. Robinson, Mel Cooper and Evelyn Cooper, Prank McNamee and M. M. Sweeney, the said Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, Trustee, being called "Subdivider”, providing; 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately 730 L.F. of 6" cast iron water main and approximately 25 L.P. of 6" fire hydrant connections in business district immediately north of Fremont Street between 21st Street and 23rd Street, Las Vegas, Nevada. -3-
