Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers located within Van Patten Tract No. 1, taking service from the water lines so installed for a period of ten years from date of completion of said installation or until Subdivider has been repaid the agreed sum of $14,1483.00, whichever first occurs; 3* Company to own said water mains; I4. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Title Guarantee, Policy of Title Insurance and Bill of Sale; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement ”N"L.D. 2701, dated August 6 , 1953» between LVL&WCo., called "Company” and Richard T0ieno> called ”Subdivider”, providing: 1 . Subdivider at his expense to furnish materials and labor to construct approximately 530 LF of 8” and 2980 LF of 6 ” cast iron water mains and 30 LF of 6 ” cast iron fire protection laterals for two hydrants to Paradise Park Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 33$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers taking direct service from water lines so installed for period of ten years from date of completion of said in­stallation or until Subdivider has repaid the agreed sum of $1 1 ,814.0.00, whichever first occurs; 3.
