RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement ”N ”L.D. 272f9 dated December 2|, 1953, between LVL&WCo., called ’’Company”, and Federal Homes Development Co. Inc., called ”Subdivider”, providing; 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct; (a) Approximately 1330 LF of 12” cast iron water mains; (b) Approximately 3^-75 LF of 8” cast iron water mainsj (c) Approximately 6810 LF of 6” cast iron water mainsj (d) Approximately 22+0 LF of 6 ” cast iron fire hydrant connections to serve Hyde Park Subdivision No.3s> Las Vegas,Nevada. 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers located within Hyde Park Subdivision No.3 taking direct service from water mains so installed for a period of 10 years from date of completion of said installation or until Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum of $70,100, whichever first occurs| 3.
