After the sprinkling res trio tions were removed in July, the Special Officers were given a copy of the survey with instructions to reoheck each of the exceptions noted and to issue citations in those oasss where corrections had not been made* X attach copy of say letters July f to the City Manager and July 20 and September 6 to the tfayet* requesting a report of their findings and the action taken. Since no official report was forthcoming, X obtained through the Special Officers the Police pepartment* copy of the survey showing thereon the action taken on reohedk of each exception, together with a recap showing the citations issued and the corrective action taken on refrigeration naohlnes in the business district, which I am attaching | herewith for your inspection. Please note about 90# of the exceptions were found to he corrected when the Special Officers reehseked them, and they issued about 200 citations covering the balance of the exceptions that were not corrected.
