CITY ORDINANCE DECLARES THE FOLLOWING TO BE UN-LAWFUL: "Permitting a hydrant to leak, or permitting water to drain from a person’s premises into any street, alley or road.” A uniformed officer has been assigned to police the residential and business districts fot violations of this ordinance.
