CITY ORDINANCE DECLARES THE FOLLOWING TO DE UNLAWFUL: "Permitting a hydrant to leak, or permitting water to drain from a person’s premises into any street, alley or road.” A uniformed officer has been assigned to police the residential and business districts for violations of this ordinance.
