Dear Sir: Referring to your letter of December 27th, File LV 46, regarding tax hills at Las Vegas, Nevada and Yermo, California: I am just in receipt of advice from our Agent at Yermo, that collection of $1.37 covering B/C, Audit No. 372 was made from Wm. Smith, January 5th and that $5.50 covering B/C. N o ’s . 368 and 370 was made from Lucian Bell, January 9, 1931. The amount of $15.00 covered by B/C, Audit No. 344, due from Wm. May, will be collected from this office* Each of the other tax items due from parties purchasing cottages at Las Vegas "Under Lease with Privilege of Purchase,” covered By B/C Audit N o ’s 346 to 366 inclusive, (even numbers only), should be charged to the principal'of the account of purchaser, in accordance with past practice* Yours very truly, WALTER R.
