Dear Madam,- I "beg to enclose you herewith a hill coliectihle, which J have Just received from the Auditor’s office, for taxes for the year 1909, Lots 1, 2 and 3 in.Block 9. These taxes were assessed to and paid by the Las Vegas Land & Water Comparer for last year, while these lots v/ere sold to you under agreement* I would thank you to kindly send me check for the amount of the bill, #2.88, at your early convenience, so that we may close cur accounts with this property.
