I LAS VEGAS LAID & WATER COMPANY Los Angeles, Cal,June 27 , 1914, Mr .W .R.Bracken, Las Vegas, Nev. Dear Sir:- Ed Clark advises me that certain people have paid taxes on land under the building contract. When you were in here, you stated that you would have Frank Malone pay the taxes on lots 9 and 10, in block 10 which are delinquent. As we have a building contract on these lots, I would like to know when Mr. Malone pays the tax. Ed Clark also certifies that taxes have been paid on the following: B.F.Whitmire, lots 12 and 13, block 21 P.J.Malone, lots 4 and 5, block 15. Please advise me if the above two are under building contract with us as I have no record of it in my office.. Respectfully,
