Dear Sir: I am enclosing you herewith a letter under date of November 28th to Charlie Adams, Right of Way and Tax Agent, and his reply to same concerning payment of taxes for the year 1922 on houses which we hare sold to employes under Lease with Privilege of Purchase. You will note in Mr. Adams’ letter he requested me to pay these taxes, but I thought best that voucher be prepared through your office and have called on Mr. 1311 ora, the County Treasurer, guaranteeing that the taxes would toe paid promptly and he has promised to assess no penalty as they , became delinquent on December 6th. j The following is a list of taxes which should be charged to the individual accounts of the lessee: John P.
