Bear Sir: You will find herewith attached list of all the Company houses sold to date - 27 in number* Twenty-four of these houses have been assessed to the purchaeer and the other three, which were sold after County assessor's assessments were made, are assessed with the Las Vegas Land A Water Company houses. The taxes on these houses we will have to pay and charge the purchaser with the assessments, which are as follows: Griffith, Guy H, 685 3rd St. Block 25 Lots 16 4 16 Gamer, M. L. 585 3rd St. Block 26 Lots 15 4 16 Thompson, Frank 548 4th St* Block 26 Lots 23 & 24 The assessed valuation on these houses, which are all 4-room houses, is $1000.00 and our rate of $4.19 would make a charge of $41.90 against each of the above purchasers. Should you find any discrepancies, in this list kindly advise me so that the some can be checked over and corrected before the first installment of taxes should go delinquent.
