I referred the matter to Mr. Charles Adams, who has charge of all of our tax matters here, and he advises me that Lot 13, Tract 8366, County Improvement Ho. 795, does not now and never did belong to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, so I must ask you to dismiss your action insofar as Las Vegas Land and Water Company is concerned.
