Xos Angeles - December 2, 1932 19 Mr. W. R. Bracken, State Agent, las Vegas, Hevada. In line with telephone conversation this morning with your Mr. Connolly, I am enclosing herewith 1.A.& S*L, Voucher, audit number 79108 in favor of Clark County for $135,919.37 as payment of first instalment of taxes for year ending December 31, 1932 which are delinquent on December 5, 1932. There is also enclosed original and one copy of official Notice of Protest” , the original of which should be given to Mr. TTllom with the voucher and the copy is to be receipted by him in space provided therefor on Page 3 thereof and returned direct by you to Mr. Charles Adams, Right of Way and Tax Agent at Los Angeles. I am also this day sending copy of the "notice of Protest" to the Hevada Tax Commission at Carson City for its information and record. I am also enclosing 1.V.L.& W. Co. Voucher, audit number 652 covering payment of first instalment of taxes for year ending December 31, 1932 in the amount of $4,777.75 which kindly also deliver to Mr. TTllom simultaneously with the above. There is, however, no "Hotice of Protest" to be delivered with this voucher. Please deliver these vouchers Monday morning December 5, 1932 to the County Treasurer as outlined above with request that tax receipts properly receipted by him be returned to you as soon as possible. Receipted bills should be sent by you to Mr. Adams. Will you kindly accomplish this for me, wiring receipt of the enclosed. Enel CC-Mr. Charles Adams
