Taxes; -Las Vegas - September 1$, 1937, W 30 Hr* Charles Adams, R/W and. fax Agent, Los Angeles, Calif, Dear Charles; Referring to your letter May 10, 1937, file ?s8 to Mr, I, jJJ Mundy, with Vhieh you enclosed 1936 tax M U covering property of Las Vegas hand and Water Company! Please note that Lots 7 and 8 in Block 16 of the Wardie Addition war® not sold to Gordon W, Potter, and the deed for same was returned to the Auditor for cancellation. As a result of this property being eliminated from our tax bill, taxes on same are now delinquent, Mr, Mundy advises, in the mount of $4.13, ?fust recently, we requested a new dead for these same two lots, iu favor of Angus W« Hicks (my. latter of August 30th, copy to yo^) but deed has not yet been received.
