Bracken: Referring to your letter of September ISfch, file W-30,Jregarding delinquent taxes for 1936 on Lots 7 and 8, Block 16, Wardie Addition: My first advioe as to the failure of Mr. Gordon Potter to purchase these lots was your letter of Aug. 30th, file W-12-3-5, which was after the 3rd and 4th installments of taxes had become delinquent. I have written the County Treasurer requesting bill to cover unpaid installments and penalties, and voucher will be issued to cover. Charles
