W 20 Las Vegas - December 29, 1938 Mr. J. K. Finlayson: I enclose voucher request to cover our City license for first quarter of 1939. This covers rooming house only in the amount of $40.00 Our Form 183, No, V-880 for the last quarter of 1938 was for $ 3 4 0 . In the subsequent adjustment of license r a t e s , the rate for the later Company was reduced from $800 to $400 annually or $100 per quarter. Therefore the license for the Water Company is paid for the first quarter of 1939 and this is understood by the City Clerk's office. B-31 Walter R. Bracken.
