Also envelope, Form 5594, received in Mr. Strong's office. the necessity for conservation of stationery, and I am sure you will agree there is a considerable waste in this instance. office and the Central Mail Room, Los Angeles, and would suggest you have all mail from your office for offices located in the General Office Building, Los Angeles, placed in such envelopes addressed to the Central Mail Room. Personal letters should, of course, be sent in separate envelopes to officers addressed under personal cover.
