I agree.In connection with the sale of land to the First State Bank* I have had contract redrawn in order to revise the description so that it may more definitely indicate the area transferred, but I find, after having it revised, that there is in our files a contract granting an easement for sewer which affects this area. There is no indication on our books of the sewer easement hating been recorded. I am sending you a copy and will ask you to ascertain whether in fact such recordation has taken place. As soon as this is known, I will forward you the deed for execution, and delivery. If the sewer easement is an effective contract, however, I wish to arrange for the necessary reservation in our deed to the bank, and in that event similar reservation should be made by the grantees when they sell off the area, title to which is transferred.
