Subject: Sale of Property to First State Bank Las Vegas Los Angeles, June 21, 1921. L.V. 93 Mr. W. R. Bracken: Referring to your letter and Form 6, "Report of Collections and Deposits", both under date of June 20th, relative to sale of parcel of property comprising 219,178 lots, situated east of 5th Street, outside of Clark’s L.V. 2 owns it e, to the First State Rank, Las Vegas. I note you remitted an amount of $10,959.80, representing value of 219.178 lots at $50.00 per lot, which I figure to be an over-remittance of 90# according to your advice to this office, the correct computation being $10,958.90, Kindly advise where the error exists, and how adjustment will be effected.
