Ritter) 7334 Referring to your letter of June 28th, file R-2, concerning spur track service to the Wollman Tract; The location of the Wollman & Mack property with reference to our main line and the Charleston Blvd. Underpass is such that it is rather difficult to prepare a track layout to serve all this industrial property, and we are giving the matter careful study. The industrial tract, map of which is dated December 10, 1947, prepared by Messrs. Wollman & Mack, was apparently subdivided into lots, streets and alleys without considering a possible track layout to serve the various parcels. We will prepare the best possible suggested layout, and then I think we should hold a conference with Messrs. Wollman & Mack. R. L. Adamson 1
