No, 11320-3, dated March 2 7, 1961, amending Contract Audit No, 10681, dated April 20, 1953» effective May 1, 1953s with Otis Elevator Company, covering maintenance of one freight elevator (Machine No, 8585*0 in Union Pacific Building, *J-22 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, by increasing the service charge from $18.35 per month to $22.65 per month, effective May 1, 1961; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, was submitted for ratification: W, O. L-l, issued March 28, 1961, retirement of portion of abandoned San Pedro Branch right of way, being portion of Farm Lot 95, American Colony Tract and designated as part of Parcel 93s Map 5s containing an area of -2-
