On motion duly seconded, the resignation of W, H. Johnson as Secretary was accepted, effective as of May 1 , 1961, Chairman announced nominations were in order for the election of Secretary to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of W. H. Johnson, Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, E. E, Dixon was nominated and unanimously elected to Office of Secretary, effective as of May 1 , 196I. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Agreement C,L,D, No, 13887* Contract Audit No. 10377, dated April 2 1 , 1961, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Land Company", and Hunt Foods and Industries, Inc., called "Hunt", providing conveyance by Hunt to Land Company of 9.97 acre parcel of land, in City of Fullerton, Orange County, California, consideration $6,380.06, for construction thereon, at cost to Land Company, of warehouse building containing approximately 295,850 square feet, concrete dock and paved driveways, Hunt to deliver deed conveying parcel to Land Company along with standard policy of title Insurance in amount of purchase price and easement for roadway granting Land Company Ingress and egress through Hunt°s property, easements necessary for public utility lines to serve parcel and easement for railroad purposes, said deed conveying title subject to? (a) Taxes for the fiscal year in which the grant is made, whether yet payable or not, and taxes for all subsequent years 5 (b) Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record.
