    Eegular monthly meeting of Board of Directors, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, was held in the Company’s princi­pal office in the Union Pacific Building, ^22 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, at 11:00 A. M., Tuesday, March 13, 1962. Present: W. H. Johnson J. W. Padden Edward C. Renwick T. E. Hammill Absent: A. E. Stoddard A. C. Ritter Vice President Johnson called the meeting to order and presided. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors held January 9 , 1962, were read and approved. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Rider C.L.D. Mo. 5685-^, dated January 9, 1962, extend­ing to and including May 31* 196^, Contract Audit No. 10290, dated June 9, 1944,- expiring by latest extension May 31# 1962, with Wilbur-Ellis Company, covering site for handling of grain at Mission Road and Macy Street, Los Angeles, California, rental $50*00 per month, payable monthly in advance, subject to termination by either party upon 30 days written notice; be, and the same is hereby, rati­fied, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Rider C.L.D. No. ^917—7j dated January 9» 1962, extend- - 1 -
