Gimple, covering site containing approximately 14.5 acres, for horse ranch and training stable, in City of Industry, California, for term beginning January 1 6 , 1963, and extending to and including January 15, 1964, at rental of $350.00 ,,per month, Lessor to pay taxes on leased premises and upon buildings and improvements thereon, Lessee to pay all personal property taxes, lease terminable on JO days notice given by either Lessor or Lessee to the other; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Resignation of W. H. Johnson as a Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Vice President was presented, as follows: "Los Angeles, California June 17, 1963 "Mr. E. E. Dixon, Secretary, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Los Angeles, California. Dear Sir: Due to my retirement I hereby tender my resignation as Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Vice President of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, effective as of the close of business July 9, 1963.
