\ g-5/g inch steel pipe line for the purpose of conveying gas, along and across property of the Water Company, "being Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 5, Tract No. 13*0, ln location as shown on map marked Exhibit "A" dated February 19, 1963, City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, term five years effective March 29, 1963, consideration $5*00 as rental for the term, subject to revocation by Water Company on 60 days notice, to apply to a 2 inch steel pipe line in lieu of an g-5/g inch steel pipe line and to change the intended location to that shown on Exhibit "B” dated June 19» 19^3; all of terms and conditions, except as herein amended, contained in said agreement of March 29, 1963, to remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Easement C.L.D, No. 1 I4.53I , C.D. No. 4660g-l2, LVL&WCo. LS Deed Audit No. 5975 > dated June 17, 1963, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company grants to the City of Industry, California, an easement to operate, maintain and remove a trunk sewer pipe line under and across the following parcels of land; PARCEL NO. 1 A strip of land, 10.00 feet in width, situate in the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, and being all those portions of Lots 5 and 6 , Block 22; Lots 6 , 7 and g, Block 23; Lots 2 to 5, inclusive, of Block 35; Lots 5 to g, inclusive, of Block 34, of Tract No. 13^3» as per map recorded in Book 20, pages 10 and 11 of Maps, records of said -9
