LVL&WCO. RESOLUTION m (Bernard Handorf) On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing Agreement G.L.D. Ho. 125x6-9 , dated August 12, I963, amending Contract Audit So. 10624-, dated March 1 5 , 1957, expiring by latest extension March lA, 196A, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles* as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, deceased (assigned with consent of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, January 1 7 , 1960, to Bernard V. Handorf and Mary Handorf), covering lease of premises for growing crops, City of Industry, California, by substituting new Exhibit MAW dated July 9» 19&3 said agreement modifying area leased, rental 1300.00 per annum, payable annually in advance, said lease may be terminated, entirely or partially, by written notice given by either the Lessor or the Lessee on any date in such notice stated, not less, however, than ten (10 ) days subsequent to the date on which such notice shall be given; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
