    V Lessor to pay taxes on the leased premises and upon any buildings and improvements thereon, lease being terminable by either party on thirty days written notice, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing letter agreement C. L. D. No. Il(.8l6 , dated March 27, 196i|, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and B & H Rubbish and Vacuum Pump Service, covering the furnishing of all super­vision, labor, tools, machinery, materials and all other items required to remove certain dismantled shelving, orates, and accumulated rubbish, for a consideration of $200.00, from premises at 3251 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, occupied by Scott Paper Company under Contract Audit No. 10960, expiring December 3 1 , 1965, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing Supplemental Agreement C. L. D. No. li|7H-l> dated April 28, I96I4., to C. A. No. 10960, dated February 5» 1961|., between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Scott Paper Company, to provide for an additional area and increasing rent to $1,820.1|0 per month, beginning April 1, 1961j., of lease of portion of premises at 325>1 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, said lease expiring December 31» 1965, subject to thirty days termination by either party, premises to be used for storage and other purposes incident to the handling of business conducted by Lessee, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -2-
