On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing C. L. D0 No. 1^911» dated August 25, 196^, quitclaim deed whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company quitclaims unto Los Angeles & Salt Lake Rail­road Company, for a consideration of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, all of its right, title and interest in and to that certain easement for railroad purposes, reserv­ed in deed to DuBois Chemicals, Inc., recorded May 20, 1963» in Official Records of Los Angeles County, California, and in and to that certain easement for railroad purposes reserved in deed to Wallace S. Warnock, Barbara Ann Warnock, William Z. Bancroft, Mary P„ Bancroft, M 0 Robert Howard and Patricia Howard, recorded August 1, 1963* in Official Records of Los Angeles County, California; be, and the same is hereby, rati­fied, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing C. L. D. No. 1^910, dated August 25> 196^, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Com­pany grants to Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company an easement for railroad purposes, over, along and across the two parcels of land situate in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being portions of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 22, Tract 13^3* together with the 30 feet of -2-
