Cope was elected to office of Assistant Secretary. On motion duly seconded, E. D. Williams was elected to office of Assistant Controller. On motion duly seconded, E„ M. Kerrigan was elected to office of Auditor. On motion duly seconded, G. A. O'Keefe was elected to office of Treasurer. On motion duly seconded, D, A. Powell was elected to office of Assistant Treasurer. Election of an Executive Committee being next in order, on motion duly seconded, P. J. Payne as Chairman, Edward C. Renwlck and P. L. Morgan were elected members of the Executive Committee. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Las Vegas Land and Water Company Land Sold Deed Audit No. 60^1, C.L.D. No. 14640, dated August 1 7 , 196^, by which Las Vegas Land and Water Company grants to Los Angeles County Flood Control District an easement to construct, operate and maintain a covered storm drain and appurtenant structures, in, over and across portion of vacated Lomitas Avenue in City of Industry, California, subject and -2-
