I agree.V LVL&WCO. RESOLUTION Fred J. Russell 72k On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing License Agreement C. L. D. 15222, dated September 20, 1965, granting Albert E. Carrey the privilege and permission to use and occupy for agricultural and dwelling purposes, that portion of the property of the LVL&WCo„ as shown on print attached to said agreement C. L, D. 15222, Licensee to pay taxes on personal property and crops on the licensed premises, and to pay Licensor any and all rents which Licensee may receive from the rental of any dwelling houses located on the leased premises, and pay all charges for water, gas, light and power; Licensee assumes all risk of loss or damage to buildings or contents by fire on the said premises, and releases Licensor and Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, from any liability for damage by water to the said premises. License may be terminated by either party on thirty days notice, and upon termination Licensee shall, within thirty days, remove all structures and property not belonging to Licensor, and restore surface to good condition.
