construct 100* x 120* masonry one-story building, consisting of 4100 sq. ft. office and 7900 sq. ft. parts room, connecting to a 7 0 ' x l6 0 ' metal type service building; a 20' x 6 0 ' masonry paint booth with connecting metal type shed and metal roof-covered wash area, two concrete unloading ramps, concrete apron around the building, asphalt concrete parking area, and crushed rock covered service yard, and security fence, required for lease, together with underlying land, to International Harvester Company, which was assented to by Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee on July 29, 1 9 6 5 , in City of Industry, California. Total estimated expenditure $300,000.00. Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to Investment, City of Industry, California, $300,000.00. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of the President in approving the aforementioned A.F.E. Request be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirroeri. The following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: Work Order No. 22, issued September 20, 1 9 6 5 , to cover $25.00 received from Pacific Electric Railway Company as consideration for easement for railroad purposes, near Mission Road and Elliott Street, Los Angeles, California, as described in Las Vegas Land and Water Company easement, deed Audit No. 6088, dated May 1 9 , 1965» assented to on behalf of the Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee on July 12, 1 9 6 5 .
