On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing Amendatory Agreement C.L.D. No. 12516-1^, dated November 16, 1965 > covering modification of area leased under Contract Audit No„ 1082*1, dated March 15, 1957* expiring by latest extension March l*t-, 1966, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, deceased, (assigned with consent of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, January 18, i960, to Bernard V. Handorf and Mary Handorf), lease of premises for growing crops, City of Industry, California, rental $300,00 per annum, payable annually in advance, which said lease may be terminated entirely or partially by written notice given by either the Lessor or the Lessee on any date in such notice stated, not less, however, than ten (10) days subsequent to the date on which such notice shall be given; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was received for ratification: A.F.E. No. 5-1 (W. 0. No. 21-1), issued November 2*1, 1965, to cover additional appropriation required in connection with construction of facilities for lease to International Harvester Company, under W. 0. No. 21, in City of Industry, California; excess due to planning changes being made after W. 0. 21 was approved. Total estimated expenditure $35,000.00 -6
